My figures are on a par with the last two months. Good start but a little slower in the middle of the month.
7:30 am on Oct 25, 2005 (gmt 0)
Mine seem to be about the same as last month. Which I am happy about. Had a couple of bad days, but also quite a few good ones.

exceeded my expectations

Mine are down quiet a bit, but in my field this is expected when new things come out. A upgrade is just required on the site and mine will be back up.

Nice to hear everything ok except me.
Means - I've got some penalty from StupidPricing"TM".
Means - I can wait only.
Means - I need to make couple more sites to cover
my Home loan.
Means - no Hennessy for couple months.

October has been my best month ever. eCPM is about the same as always, but I have seen more traffic with a small rize in CTR.
The bottom line is that I'm looking at a 40% better result for October than for September if the trend will hold.
The sites where I see the biggest change ar nich sites published in Swedish, with a Swedish audience, so I acclaim the nice figures to more AdWords activity from Swedish advertisers that keep that Content Network option checked.

August and September were down about 25%. October earnings seem to climb back up.

Mine 100% up from last month.
8:47 am on Oct 25, 2005 (gmt 0)
At the beginning of the month, I was on target to break all records. Each day had an amazing sustained level of traffic with CTR and CPC all up. Then on the 17th, everything tanked. Traffic was higher than ever, but CTR dropped by almost 50% and eCPM also dropped drastically. Now the month for me will barely make it out to be about average as all numbers are just starting to return to normal. It seems as though all my advertisers suddenly dropped their bid levels in mid-month. It's scary to see your CTR drop so much for no apparent reason especially when everything else has remained constant: se traffic, ranking, etc. Very up and down this advertising game, and very frustrating! Everytime I think I'm up, they pull me back down. ;-)

My traffic has doubled, and as a result my income has almost doubled.
Starting to see a pattern where the month starts off great, builds up to a record day by mid-month, then slumps to next to nothing for a few days, before picking up again and ending on a high. Very peculiar!

Its still bumpy for me. one day high one day low. but avarage the same revenue in Sep.05
11:07 am on Oct 25, 2005 (gmt 0)
Between 17-14th, same CTR, earnings dropped 75%. Now the earning has climbed to just about a 25% drop but CTR dropped by 50%. Really ruined the month for me.

Down a bit from average but then October was an off month for me last year too. I try to stay focused on the overall picture which, when stared at long enough, makes a sound like this,
11:43 am on Oct 25, 2005 (gmt 0)
up 40% from last month averaging 189$/day, with 5.5% CTR. increase in revenues is mostly due to increase in click value, traffic more or less the same

Those are really nice figures Aircut!

Not so peculiar if you think about it.
Most people get paid last week of the month.
So, at the beginning of the next month people have a bit of money to spend. As the month goes on and bills are paid, expendible income drops meaning less cash to shop with. Then, last week in the month they get paid again and have a bit of extra cash to shop with.
I see this trend on my sites and put it down to what i have just described.

October figures are really bad for me due to the recent google update
1:15 pm on Oct 25, 2005 (gmt 0)
I am hoping to cross the $5000,- dollar mark tomorrow.
Month started slow. Like last month with peak in the middle. It really looks like: Beginning of month adwords customers gear up, Google knows then what to distribute to the different adsense websites. It gets all thrown out. End of month clearout and drop again.

Mine are about the same for alst couple of months, got a little more earnings but thats down to the fact got a little more traffic.
I get realy up and down days, for instance thursday, friday and saturday earnings were in the region of $95 a day, sundays and monday earnings are at $58 and looks like going to be that today as well.
just swings and roundabouts but overall ernings are the same per month per traffic

October eCPM is down about 5% from September so far, and daily revenues are down about 11%, but that's to be expected for a leisure-travel site that's approaching the quietest month of the year.
Compared to the same period last year, eCPM is up about 45% and daily revenues are up about 47%.

average $300/day.. less than last month, but traffic is a little less than last month as well..

Our traffic is up only slightly over September. I credit this to the fact that we didn't work the sites at our normal agressive level for two months due to the marriage of our last daughter, and our retirement plans consuming our time, and therefore we didn't get new keyword traffic.
Our traffic increase is a result of seasonal fluctuation. This means our Adsense earnings are only slightly increased over September, not the 25% we had projected a few months ago. But, the income is on target for income estimates made back in Feb 2005. So, we are very pleased.
We are back working the sites hard, adding fresh new content, attending trade shows, shaking hands and promoting the sites at the trade shows across America. We are expecting November traffic to reflect that effort, as well as getting the seasonal traffic increase November produces.
CTR is normal, ECM is normal, PPC is up slightly.
Life is good.

Our month-to-date October eCPM is up 23% over September which is the first uptick since March. But our October eCPM is down 32% from the same period last year.

Oct. is about 40% down vs. Sept. Poor ad targeting is the culprit. Traffic is the same, EPC is about the same. Ads are stupidly off-target on some pages. I've been defecting to YPN like crazy. Google has lost my "business" for now.
