|How do I get specific XML-data with PHP|
| 3:07 pm on Jan 19, 2005 (gmt 0)|
I need get some specific data from an XML-file ([nds1.nds.nokia.com ]). I found a parser on the net ([juicystudio.com ]) which I modified to get a hold of all the data. So far, piece of cake.
However, I only need the data from a few of the tags supplied in the document. I can't seem to identify and get a hold of these tags: <prf:ColorCapable> and <prf:ScreenSize>.
Can anyone help me with this?
Thanks a lot for any help.

I think you'll need to register the "prf" namespace with the XML parser.

Hmmm. I have been checking out this tip on the web, but I can't say that I really got anywhere.
Can anyone put me on my way to how I register this namespace, or a good XML parsing tutorial for PHP? I can't seem to get a good grasp of it. I'm totally in the dark.
Thanks for any help.

Not entirely sure, but a quick search over the forum turns up some possible leads:
