Hi,

I've gotetn the silly "Sorry, you need to enable sending referrers for this feature to work." error in a WordPress install. I have no firewalls, referers function and it happens on both IE and Firefox. I am 99.9999% certain this is NOt an issue of software OTHER then WordPress.

What I DID do si following: The blog first ran under blog.domain1.com =. I know want to operate it under domain2.com. I simple configured apache to use the new domain. Appearantly WordPress does not like this. Irronically it won't let me operate teh configuration page in which I want to change the domains.

How can I adjust my WP install to function on the new domain?

Regards,
SN

Ok I fixed it myself with a little hack.

I commented out the line that caused the error mesasge in admin-functions.php. Then I modified all the relevant information in the admin area to point to the new domain. Then I put hte line back in and all seems to be working.

Sorry to have bothered you, nothing to see here, move along :)
