|Question about Zend Optimizer|
Do I have to install "zend optimizer" in order to run zend encoded files?
| 8:17 am on Jan 15, 2006 (gmt 0)|
I use a shared hosting.
And I have some zend encoded PHP files on the server.
Do I have to install "Zend Optimizer" in order to run these encoded files?
I contacted my hosting company, they told me that Zend Optimizer is installed on their hosting server, but they dont' have any information to provide me on how to use it.
I hope I could get help here, thanks in advance!

Zend optimizer is free and totally separate from Zend encoder, which costs $100s.
If the files have been encoded with zend encoder, optimizer will not help you.
