I want to make a streaming radio script in php. I want it very similar like normal radio stations, where i can play songs and also can speak or you can say do some commentry with the songs, and people from my website can hear this Live.

is it possible in PHP? if yes? how? please guide me through the process and specially if there is any detailed tute for this pls do tell me
