If you were interested in the S-1 SEC filing and Euler's number post here [webmasterworld.com] then you will also be interested to know that from todays filing [sec.gov] there are to be 24,636,659 Class A Shares offered for sale. 24,636,659 is prime!

You have to admire the strange sense of humor :) The only problem being that serious investors don't tend to have a very good sense of humor :( Ohhhh heck, let's just buy Google stock because it is fun and good for M&M EPS.....LMAO! I might throw 10K at Google stock instead on a trip to Vegas, but Google stock ain't getting anywhere near my retirement plan!

I'm not sure they are letting foreigners in on the Dutch auction, however as I think Chris_R once said, it is nice to have some Google stock as reminder where a good part of the money came from in the recent past.. >10 K - retirement - I think I'll invest that in new content or Google ads, better ROI for sure ;) (if everyone does that, the Prime Exageration (PE) of 100 may be decent after all)
