No right-clicking .... not off to a great start. This isn't actually "new" though, it's just the non-US version: [googlestore.com...] Go there and you'll see the "North America" link stays on www.googlestore.com and the other countries go to www.google-store.com Both of these are managed by different merchandisers ... I think the U.S. one is GatewayCDI and the non-US is Merchandise Mania.

I just noticed [google-store.com...] is based on osCommerce...interesting.

It's outsourced. Google doesn't run those sites, they're maintained by the company that is providing the merchandise, so they're bound to be using whatever package they're comfortable with. GatewayCDI, the company that handles Googlestore.com (the U.S. Version) has some pretty notable clients on their list... Novell, Gateway, Seagate, and Edward Jones to name a few. They're certainly not the least expensive route to go, but they do tend to offer higher quality products. Much better than CafePress and other smaller providers. [gatewaycdi.com...]

I specially like the fact that the “click to enlarge” function on some of the items will pop up a window with a graphic file ”the same size as the original”
