QuePasa claims to be a top Hispanic SE and sells its PPC program on those merits. The reality is that they will send you crappy traffic from every third party they can find to eat up your budget. Places like FunWebProducts and other scumware, third party affiliate arrangements with bottom tier PPC engines. It is trash, don't touch it. Makes ePilot look like a bargain.
Quepasa's spends all of their money attracting new customers, they have no repeat business.
I spent $1000 with them last year and got zero! conversions on about 15000 clicks! (for fragrance/beauty products)
I run about 30 different fairly high profile sites and I get a new sales person calling me every other week thinking they are targeting a new customer. Boy do I give them an ear full.
Sad sad company. Hit the bid. Cost them 3.5 million to generate $400k in sales last year ... Sad - I hope someone got fired.
