Advertisers can lock in $0.01 to $0.04 bids before September 1, and will be permitted to maintain those bids so long as they do not change those bid amounts after September 1. Advertisers will, however, be able to change the text in their titles, descriptions, and URLs after September 1, without affecting the grandfathered status of their sub-$0.05 keyword bids. |
