What was your ROI from that initial 1K? Do they have an affiliate program that pays their users/partners a percentage of each click? If so, I'd take a close look at my logs if I were in your 1K shoes.

You do realize that you had your listing listed as a (CATCH ALL) in our system.
This means that your listing is shown on every search....for all keywords (about 250 million a month)
This type of listing gets alot of traffic.

My biggest problem with any 2nd tier PPC, is that they spam me to attempt to get me to try their service (FindIt-Quick) included.... (What happened to account reps earning a "try" the old fashioned way?)
I also thought PPC engines would take a que from ah-ha (What's with the hyphen in the domain name?) Why create a branding hurdle, that shouldn't exist?

As far as the Spam issue. We have full time reps doing nothing but phone calls.
Is it possible that you received an email (ASKING) if we can send you some info?

Customer service is not "magic".
When someone calls, we answer the phone.....
When we get an email....we reply.....
But maybe your right.... many engines out there don't reply for days ...if at all ;)
1Lit, what was your R.O.I with findit-quick. Even if you received about 2% from the campaign, thats still 2 thousand actions from 1 cent per click.
If your R.O.I was nil, then I would seriously question their traffic.
