Hmm.. Do you think FindWhat is embarrassed that they announced the decision of merger before they checked ESpotting balance sheet?

I am going to buy a new sports car. I announced my decision to everybody. I go to the showroom and find out that this car has a 20 BHP engine. I forgot to check that before I made the announcement. Will get back to you on Feb 9th, 4:15 PM on my decision.

The financials are no surprise. They've known about the financials since last year.

FindWhat is well aware of Espotting's financials. See this report [techweb.com] from September 19, 2003:
FindWhat.com said... that it is renegotiating its merger deal with Espotting Media Inc. The... original deal was nixed after it was discovered that the U.K. company's finances were overstated.

Back in October 21st, 2003 someone at WW [webmasterworld.com] was talking up what a good match the merger would be and my response was:

Not when skeletons keep falling out of espottings financial closet.

I'm surprised these two are still talking.

Is this merger ever going to take place?
