Overture is currently testing a localized search product referred to as geo-targeting.
Allowing for localized marketing/targeting of ads... (perhaps they should FIX the keyword suggestion tool also) Will Google innovated Adwords as they have their organic search

Hm? Not sure I follow, Overture's had that out for about a week or two. See this link about Overture from the home page news on Overture [webmasterworld.com] for the original discussion. The bit about 'adwords' & Google confuses me, though, perhpas you could explain...?
