| Looksmart Class Action Lawsuit?

I was wondering if anyone else received an email regarding a settlement (in CA) of a class action lawsuit against Looksmart. I was unaware of this lawsuit, but apparently affects people who got screwed last year when Looksmart changed their format. If this is legit, sounds like L$ will be loosing a lot of money.
