I'd like to advertise my US site on Yahoo DE and FR thru Espotting. Do they require a translation in each language?

YES, afaik, Espotting require localised site with localised creatives to include you. although they can help with the creatives. Shak

i think espotting has some rules about having a local presence to be eligible to advertise in different regions. check me if i'm wrong.
