I received a call from ClickFraudRefunds. They claim to be able to get refunds from Google/Yahoo(Overture). They charge a setup fee of $495 and then 15% of the money recovered. Their website doesn't seem too great and I'm skeptical about paying them the money. Has anyone used them or heard anything abou them?

You might try contacting your Adwords/Overture reps and see if they have heard of this service...they may give you some interesting feedback.. I would move with caution...I see some things on their site that I, personally, don't like and would make me hesitate using their services.. I do like their clever "Click Fraud Financial Loss Calculator"...this could prompt an advertiser to take the bait..

don't go with them in a million years. They want a $495 setup fee? ha. I wouldn't trust a company with grammar like this... For company's spending 5k per month
