They charge a setup fee of $495 and then 15% of the money recovered. Their website doesn't seem too great and I'm skeptical about paying them the money. Has anyone used them or heard anything abou them?

I would move with caution...I see some things on their site that I, personally, don't like and would make me hesitate using their services.. I do like their clever "Click Fraud Financial Loss Calculator"...this could prompt an advertiser to take the bait..
