Why is it that if you apply a font color to particular link, then if you have a different color for the a.hover state, the link does not change color at all? Is there a way to fix this?

Fix it? I shouldn't think anything is broken scorpion. Check messages 4 and 5 in this thread, I suspect that will show you where the mistake is: [webmasterworld.com...] Nick

a.hover is likely the wrong syntax, unless you wanted a hover class.
You probably want a:hover.
