This is a usability question... Is it better to underline the whole link, or just use Windows style, with the access key letter underlined? My link

Probably, as for whether an underline is pulled to a link, it will be good to leave user style sheets. That is, I consider that it is better not to set up `text-decoration` property. In this case, since an underline may be pulled depending on environment, an access key is expressed with another means.
