I'm jumping head first into CSS and need alittle info before I can move on with my new layout.

First is table codes in css, I need to know every single code you can execute on the table, row, data, etc.

Also I need the div commands. I hear the CSS is faster to load and everything so I really need anything. tables are nice but div is less code, both would be very helpful, thank you.

Learn to study the W3C specs. They will tell you everything you need to know.

Go to school.... "w3schools" that is!

Otherwise, there are plenty of other threads here regarding <DIV> and <TABLE> tags, (wars?)... ;-)
