CSS dotted horizontal lines
Any ideas?

Trying to create HRs that are dotted. Is this possible? Or do you have to do it with Div somehow?

Apologies if this is something really obvious... I'm new to this...

Yeah, just add it to an element:

<p style="border: 1px dashed #000000;">blah</p>

Or to make sure browsers that don't understand it get something, do it like this:

div#thisHasTopBorder {
border-top: 1px solid #000000;
border-style: dashed;
}
