Wow. I played a little with this new toy and I like it :-). Especially I love an export feature and this feature: Export your changes and send to other AdWords Editor users for review. Track their comments about the changes, then review their changes before posting. But I have found one danger point: BE VERY CAREFULL with the Max CPC. From the web interface I am used to write $0.08, if you write it this way in the Editor, it is AUTOMATICALLY converted to $8.00! You have to write 0,08 , only then it will be $0.08. The strange thing is, that you have to write 0,08 but is shown as 0.08!

When I try to 'open a account', I get a permission error. What should I do? Couldn't find out in the Help Center.

presto, in our ofice building the internet connection goes down occasionally so you cannot access adwords online, this lets you do all the changes you need to do until it comes back and you can upload them. some of the viewing panels are sooo much nicer than the online version. eg. when looking at the url's for all keywords, it is easy to spot if any of the tracking codes are missing. you can view all keywords in a campaign without having to go into the actual adgroup. i know you can do this with the reports, but this is quicker. i for one really like this addition, so well done google. i didn't even know they were working on something like this. briggidere

Just the ability to add comments at almost any step along the way is worth it to me. I can't remember my own name from one day to the next, let alone why I did whatever I did the last time I did it - times maybe ten thousand keywords. I take it that it doesn't support the Content Network as yet, since I can't find anything referencing it in here anywhere.

Is there any way of seeing the amount of times an ad has been clicked for a certain time period? I can't seem to find it on this. The stats aren't showing up. They show up for all my keywords but not my text ads.

Another useful thing would be the totals on the bottom of the campaign and account pages. Is it just me, or is the box for remembering the password greyed out for everyone?

The ad text doesn't fit in the box allocated for the Ad Preview, at least on my system. Some attention is probably needed to the user's font settings, scaling, etc. Unfortunately, there are no font settings in the editor to change this.

| First of all, you have to make sure you're logged in - you won't show stats unless you are. Took me quite a while to figure that out - and the easiest way was just to query it to download any recent changes - I wouldn't get changes, but at least I'd be logged in and my stats would show. I am assuming (hoping?) that this procedure will be less ugly in the future. And once that happens, sometimes it takes a little while for the stats to download, or at least such has been true for me.

This is probably WAY out in the left field of possibilities, but what the heck, it never hurts to mention. AWA - You know what would be way cool - for those of us who work on multiple accounts for multiple clients, and need to keep track of time spent on each account - a TIMER. Right now I use the Journal timer in MS Outlook; clumsy at best. How cool would it be to have the AdWords Editor keep track of such a thing.

Really liking the Editor :) Like it because I can do work when I'm not online which is fab :) Being *really* picky - the only thing I dislike is when I'm trying to change the width of the columns, the ones to the right of the column I'm changing get smaller meaning I have fiddle around with all the columns to get a nice display. Anyone know if it's possible to change it so when I change one size, all the columns to the right move in sync? (not sure that sentence makes much sense! ;) )

Is anyone else having problems logging in with the editor? I was prompted that "Either the account you are trying to access does not exist, or you do not have permission to modify this account". I only have one account, the id I use to log on to Adwords through the web. I've used the same email and password but still get the error. Any ideas?
