Because of the GAP designation I have picked up several accounts (thanks!). I do have one problem that has caused great embarrassment. I manage an account that has been having trouble getting started. My client wants to know why, if I am a GAP, don't I have better access to someone at Google than he does? Good question. Is there any way to access someone, maybe even get an assigned group, so that when questions/problems come up that are beyond our ability to answer we can get some kind of priority? Looking forward to your reply...

| joebiff, at present there is not a priority queue for Google Advertising Professionals. It's an worthy idea, however, which I have just passed-on in a conversation with a colleague from that team. Sorry to disappoint. AWA
