I have landed a significant (to me) account management client and need some asistance with issues particular to this cleint. I think the daily spend justifies at least a dedicated technical person. Could anyone give me some advice as to what my daily spend needs to be to qualify for a dedicated person?
First of all, the more you spend - the more likely your account manager is in meetings most of the day. I've called probably 25 times in the last 3 months and 2 times I think they were available to speak when I called in.
