Trying to enter my card details for payment, and Adwords is telling me my card with an expiry date March 2007, has "expired"!

You would think such clumsiness would only exist in a small company, and someone like Google with armies of programmers would have tested something like this, or are they too busy sitting in their subsidized restaurants and gyms basking in arrogance because they think they are so important working for the Great Google.

Another day or two of lost advertizing till i get a reply from support.....

Have you tried the credit card anywhere else? If not, it may be the credit card and not Google.

Most people likely do think that, but often it's the small company that gets it right and the big company that's having problems with their system.

Sorry for the frustration robjones2. Please take a look for a sticky from me on this.

One quick thought: if this is a newly received card replacing one which has just expired, and if you haven't yet called your bank to confirm having received the card, it would still show as expired. Is it possible that this is happening here?
