msg:1152799 | 8:08 pm on Jan 13, 2006 (gmt 0) | I got an email notification from G today saying that a bunch of my ads were suspended because the url wasn't working. I checked the server and backup server logs to see when they died. They didn't. Last time either one of them were down was more than 4 months ago for planned maintance and I paused GAW for that, so I doubt it has anything to do with it. Anyways, I called and they said I have to edit the ads even if it's just a little bit so they can be reactivated. He sticks by his guns saying that during review, if the server is down, that's a violation. I looked again at the logs and can see the google review. The landing page was in fact retrieved by them. Is there nothing I can do? If i edit, i'll lose history. On the brighter side, I had fun cusing out a googler :-P -Dr.X

msg:1152801 | 8:22 pm on Jan 13, 2006 (gmt 0) | I had an ad suspended before due to a trademark issue - and once resolved - did not want to modify the ad to have it rechecked. I just sent an email to support and explained that I fixed the issue and did not want to lose my ad history. They had the ad back online within a few hours. Try calling/emailing again - maybe you will get another rep. -bB

| Yeah, it did that to me once too. G denied it was their fault at the time but I know I didn't go and add that to my links after they'd been working just fine for months. Eh, wuter ya gonna do. :-\ By the way, that was the first thing I checked this time. Besides that, from within the account I clicked the link and it took me right to my landing page. It was definatly working. Thanks anyway Your_store. bostonBeans | I had an ad suspended before due to a trademark issue - and once resolved - did not want to modify the ad to have it rechecked.
