| Adding keywords from competitors sites

About 2 weeks ago I saw a new sandbox feature that allowed to enter a url of a competitor and based on the words found there the keyword tool suggested more keywords. Unfortunately I cannot find this tool anymore. Though it was only there for a short while I am already missing it. Anybody knows where to find it?

At the adgroup level, look for 'keyword tool'. It should be on the far right of the adgroup options.

Thank you for your help! I finally found that this tool is only available if the user interface is set to English. With other languages it does not show up.
