Anyone have any advice re site targeted campaigns & how to make them work?
i.e. what kind of cpm do you usually need to pay to get impressions.

If you would like my advise, it is dont use it. at my company we have had 200 clients, and only 1 has ever had convetions on Content networking. when you remove your self from the content networking, you will reduce imps and increase CTR a higher CTR mean lower cpc's which means more room in your budget for "quality" google clicks.
