You can adjust the max bid on a keyword basis like this- keyword**0.25 You can also set destination urls the same way- keyword**0.25**http://www.yoururl.com/xyz (This info is on the bottom of the edit bids page) ------ No, Adwords does not have a bid tool like Overture.

thank you for that info. I guess the only bid info per keyword that i can get is when i click the Estimate Traffic button in the adwords admin panel.

That "tool" is total garbage. It's not even close to being accurate.
