I hope you have a nice relaxing vacation, so that when you return you can convince everyone the system really isn't rigged against them. :)

Thanks to all for the vacation wishes! Gotta say it feels pretty odd getting ready to walk out the door. On the other hand, I'll bet I can get used to it. | AWA2 >>> What's a nice Googlette like you doing in a place like this ;) |
| There you go again with that Googlette stuff! I warned AWA2 about you, btw. So he or she is prepared. ;) Nice to see you here, Shak. I trust all is well. | Thanks for the welcome! I’m looking forward to my stay here. :) |
| Have big fun, AWA2! I know you don't have tons of extra time on your hands, and I truly appreciate your checking in while I'm in 'The Land of No Computers'. Don’t forget I am coming back though... :) AWA - now handing keys to AWA2

Quick one to get AWA2 into the swing of things :) I have contacted the Adwords team through my control panel twice with an exception request for one of my client sites over the past month, but have had no response. I did email Google support between contacts, and they just said "use the Adwords contact form". The Adwords team have always been very quick to respond in the past ... is this a general problem with exception requests? Any ideas for getting somebody to look at this?

| Shak, every time you show up, AWA starts doing backflips. What is it that makes you such a babe magnet? Enviously, Paul Newman

Hi there storevalley, thanks for helping me to get into the swing of things. ;) I assure you that AdWords Support is working diligently on those exception requests. Due to the volume of requests that we receive, however, there may be an occasional delay. I apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience. A friendly reminder for anyone and everyone who is reading this: Be sure to use the email address that is associated with your AdWords account when you email AdWords Support. This will help them to locate your account more quickly. AWA2

Thanks AWA2 ... will give it a couple of weeks before chasing this up again. It has been 2 months already since the original request, though :(
