I do not know of many client relationships where we get to pay $$$ while their system stabilizes. That is an interesting part of this.

The entire "software industry" you mean, right? There are a lot of great hardware that works out of the box. And there are some areas within the software industry (like Telco) where functionality is not an option. But I do agree. Yesterday I was getting advertisement on my site for hosting, and software packages. What does that have to do with dieting, even remotely?
