Iíve contacted AdWords by email about 3 times in the last 12 months, twice to get ads reviewed that were taking over a week. As soon as they get the email the ads are reviewed, which makes me wonder if i jumped the queue or my ads were forgotten about.
I find the whole email and wait 24 hours process too slow, especially when it takes 2 or 3 emails over 3 days to resolve a simple issue. Is there a faster process? Notice many people say they spoke to their rep. Do only certain advertisers get telephone support?
Nope, doesn't work. Angry telephone receptionists only. "Email us, we may ring you back if we see fit". Support is usually located somewhere else (in another country even) and they won't put you through.
