Anyone else get reports to complete today?

Sure would like to run my keyword ROI for end of month, but any report I try to run just hovers in "pending" status. Been a couple of hours now...

Hope they're working on it over the weekend.

I just ran my first report this morning, picked a
bad time to try it out. Mine is stuck at pending,
and not only that, but all of my ads have stopped
showing. Now I can't do anything about it until
tomorrow morning when I'll have to give them a call.

My ads are finally starting to show again now, about
6 or 7 hours later. Report is still pending though.

24 hours later, my report is still "PENDING".....

My god! I tried to contact with Google, wish this problem be resolved as soon as possible.

Hi all,

A quick update, as I see several threads on this subject.

I'm really sorry to hear about these problems with the new Reports features. Engineering is aware of the problem, and working hard to correct it. Hopefully, this will have been resolved for many of you already.

Mine is stuck at pending, and not only that, but all of my ads have stopped showing.

I am pretty sure that, technically, there can be no connection between delayed reports, and ads not showing. A preliminary 'ping' of the tech folks confirms this, so this is most likely a coincidence - but I'll certainly keep my ear to the ground.

As always, thanks for your patience - and I will post again when I know more.

All I know is, I had never ever ran a report before
yesterday, as soon as I created a report all of my
ads stopped showing for 6 hours or so. I wasn't very
happy yesterday, but I don't know what happened today,
my traffic has increased quite a bit and my
sales conversions are looking very good. Am a happy
person again today. I do believe creating the report
caused my ads to stop showing for some reason, I don't
think it was just a coincidence. Also, my report was
stuck on pending all day yesterday, but when I got
up this morning it was processed. Also, I noticed that
after creating the report yesterday, logging into my
account was very slow. Today everything is running
much better.

Thanks AWA. I am looking forward to this problem being fixed. I will be awaiting a response from y'all. I get reports "done" ... but then nothing is on the download spreadsheet and when I click "view results" i get a new window with errors.

Paitently waiting ... go engineers go

Reports are down in the netherlands again as of 10:00 am european time. Before that they were doing fine, now I have 10 pending reports in 3 different campaigns.

This is very bad timing as we have to deliver reporting to our customers :(

I had understood the pending report issue to have been resolved - and this is the first I'm hearing of a 'relapse'.

I'll certainly ping the technical team - and report back when I know more.

BTW, I came in sort of early this morning to get some WebmasterWorld posting done before I am away from the office for half a day. So it'll probably be several hours before I post with an update.

Oh, and one other really important thing relating to the Report Center, that seems to have been misunderstood. I've noticed that several folks have written that the ability to have reports emailed to them is now gone, and this is not actually the case.

You can still set up to have reports emailed to you in the Download Center / Email Preferences section.

So, you first choose the report that you want to run - and then on the page on which you define the parameters of the report, look down at the bottom of that page for a link that says [edit email preferences].

When you click on that link, look near the bottom of the following page, where it will say "Include report as email attachment in (.csv .html .tsv .xml) format." You will also see the following note:

"Note: All files are sent in Zip format. Zipped files larger than 2MB cannot be sent as an attachment. However, you will receive a report notification, and you can download those reports from your Download Center."

Sorry that I didn 't respond earlier with specific details regarding emailed reports.

Just a quick update on this. Engineering has let me know there was in fact a brief back-up on reports, that reports should be now 'on time' again, and that no reports were lost.
