How well does it work for measuring PPC conversions?

Hi there,

I did search this site for ClickTracks ("CT") opinions relating to PPC reporting, but came up empty-handed.

Has anyone here used CT for measuring the performance of AdWords and/or Overture campaigns? If so, how difficult was the setup? How accurate and useful was the reporting?

Thanks in advance for sharing your thoughts :)

I was not extremely impressed with ClickTracks.
Not that it wasn't a good solution, it was just way too graphical for me. When I want to see data and numbers, I want exactly that. Some graphs and such as nice, but I was doing way too much clicking to get regular info. There are plenty of other solutions out there that are better for the purpose, and a lot more affordable.

This will probably come across as somewhat vague, but I have been quite happy with the results. I'm sure there are better solutions for large volume and corporate sites, but for managing many small biz sites it is great.

You can track quite a bit of information based on the results from your ppc campaigns, but you will have to make sure that you are putting in tracking parameters when creating your campaigns (which you should probably be doing anyhow).

I haven't looked at a lot else honestly, but I'd give it the thumbs up.
