Josecito, I'd agree that the best way to resolve your account issue is by contacting AdWords support, as they'll be able to look at your account - and tell you exactly what the situation is.
they (Adwords stuff) told me that they cancell my account because i was using prohibited words....
I'm not aware of an account ever being cancelled as the result of mistakenly using prohibited words. I'm guessing that you may mean the ads and/or keywords were disapproved. If this is a case, then an email will have been sent to you explaining why, and what to do about it.
If you haven't received this email, or if you have additonal questions, then it is best to contact AdWords support directly.
