Hi. I've been getting e-mails on Google cash, and I don't know whether they are spam. Has anyone actually bought the ebook? Does it really work? Anyone has any opinions on this?

don't have the ebook, but my opinion would be that whatever info the ebook contains, you can probably learn the same and more by studying webmasterworld ;)

If you haven't requested the e-mails then they will be spam. Spend your time in this forum instead.

I bought it a while ago. If you're totally new to adwords then there might be something interesting in it. But if you have one or two weeks experience with adwords or another ppc engine then its a waste of money. If you've even read the free tutorials on adwords and overture then there is nothing new in this e book.

There are SOME advantages to the book. Actually, to be honest, it's the only eBook I've ever purchased that wasn't 100% pure crap. I don't remember it too well, but it had some nice pointers (although honestly outdated now). Plus hey, you get Chris' email address! He's a hottie.

(don't buy it) :P

This book may be for beginners, but when i bought it I had no idea about adwords so it was a great find for me. Since I bought googlecash, i've been able to quit my job since now im making about 16x what i was making working for my old computer company. I sent a personal thank you letter to chris carpenter :) Basically googlecash started the avalanche for me.

Will I also receive Ginsu knives and a Pocket Fisherman with my one-time low payment price?

No, googlecash is just an informational e-book that you buy on googlecash.com. nothing else is included.

lol, seems like a sore subject.

I agree to a certain extent. As a 100% beginner, you can really learn something. But it's not as easy a market as it used to be. Takes a lot of inginuity, time, effort, and mental power.

Unless of course you just want to work off of Brand Names, Trademarks, etc, while sneaking around companies backs. Then it's really really easy :D

Fortunately, the eBook does encourage the more legit way.

Just know you're making a rich guy richer.

Hey, I dont mind making a rich guy richer as long as it allows me to follow along :) That statement is true when you buy most anything from any company. Someone is always getting richer.

hmmm? do I make more money by actually buying adwords and doing arbitrage or do I make more money by telling people how to do it. If Chris was truly makign tons of money buying AdWords then why would he be telling people how to do it. This is right up there with those Infomercials on placeing ads in newspapers or buying real estate with no money down.

Why isn't there a book called OvertureCash? This is like the idea the guy hitchhiker killer in Something About Mary had who was going to create the 6 Minute Ab Workout video to compere with 7 minute abs.

The only people making Google Cash is Chris who is selling GoogleCash. For every 1 person that is making $100 / month buying adwords, there are 9 who don't break even.

I wouldn't be suprised if Google actually paid Chris to write the book and gave him free AdWords to promote it.

So, ASFx2600, you do make use of the pointers in the book, and you are getting what Chris' mentioned? I want to know how real it is about being able to make money, and if the book does help, then I would consider buying it. As long as it can cover the cost of the book, then I'll give it a try. Any tips?

Heh, I know we should let this thread die, but sometimes kicking things when they're down is very fun >;D

It's very possible to make money doing exactly what the book says.

The thing is, it's a super volitle market. Supervolitle.

He gives examples of ideas in the book that made him 3-6 grand a month, and he has a ton of them, and I'm sure he's telling the truth.

Now, however, it's a completely different market. You need money to start (reallllly hard to find those .05/click affiliates). It's like everything else in amerika, you need it to make it.

It's certainly very possible to do just that, but you'll have to spend a lot to make a lot.

If you spend $2,500 on AdWords, I'm certain you could make $5000 back if you play your cards right, or probably more, but it's a really hard game.

Plus, AdWords money comes right off your credit card every few days. With most affiliates, it takes till the end of the month after to proccess a check. You wind up getting your cash at the begining of 2 months down the road. Plus places like Amazon only cut checks 4 times a year (quarterly, every 3 months). So it's rough. I certainly don't suggest it, but if you're creative and you like marketing, go for it. Just don't lose your pants. The first few hours of every ad you have to watch VERY closely, adjust limmites little by little, and work the game.

Oh, and don't get pissed off when your competeters click on your link over and over again, because there are way too many dirty people who do it to me :P

thanks for the tip, fidibidabah. This is what I want to know. I want to know what I'm getting myself into if i do this. I know the idea of pay-per-click. Maybe 20 ppl clicks, but only 1 sales, and we still have to pay for the 19 no-sales clicks.

I wonder how many ppl still do it though?

Where can I find these free tutorials? any websites?

read here:
https://adwords.google.com/select/index.html
and
[content.overture.com...]
on overture especially the strategies section (in this section is a small menu on the left, that is easily overlooked).

He gives examples of ideas in the book that made him 3-6 grand a month, and he has a ton of them, and I'm sure he's telling the truth.

The examples he gave were something like bidding on the term "ebay" to advertise free registrations to ebay. No question that there would be big money to make - but only if there is no competition. These examples are all from the past when there was not so much competition. Thats why he had conversion ratios of 20%. Now find something similar today, a one word term all are looking for with no one else who bids on this term.

Several times he writes that his campaigns only taking 10 minutes to setup. I think most of us know that it takes way more time for a profitable campaign, right?
