Go here and mouse over the ads on the right-hand side.
[google.com ] Notice that some listings redirect through "googleadservices.com"? I've never seen this before, and the domain is registered to Google so it's the real deal. It's being used across a wide array of ads -- not just on this keyword search... Obviously they're doing something different here. Account management? Something more? I have ideas, but I'm wondering if anyone has facts. TIA,

ah... wait a minute. is this the conversion tracking URL that they are using for folks who have implemented and activated the conversion tool? seoboy

Yes, it is. That URL shows up in both Adwords and AdSense ads.
