On most websites, if you click to go from one PR4 page to another, you'll see that the PageRank bar drops from 4 to zero for an instant before going back up to 4 again when then new page is served. I'm having a look for link partners at the moment and I came across this site.

On this site, all the main directory pages seem to have PR4 but when you click to move from the main page to any sub-page, there is no momentary drop in PR. It may have something to do with the fact that I don't have a Chinese language pack installed, but I'd be curious if anyone can help my continuing education by telling me if there is some dubious practice going on here?
