I'm the friend -- I get the same result. there is no "I feel lucky" button in the address bar.

ps I have my "search" set up to use Google for searches in the address bar. pps if I type in "my city blue widgets" I get a regular search results page (with the website in question in the number 1 position) If I type in "blue widgets my city" I get the single web page returned. Nothing different on the search except keyword order.
