My question is is it a good thing to have a keyword at the top of the page. In this case I mean a keyword without any other text around it at the very top. I notice some competitors that are ranked higher than me do this. Also is it good to have use all the heading tag 1-5 with keywords throughout the page?

Thanks

It's helpful to have your keyword phrase at the top of the page, lxenterprise. It shouldn't matter if it's alone or in a sentence. Use your H1 tags, that's good SEO and web design. If you have a lot of text, use another header to break up your content.
