| Multiple Keywords in urls
Can spiders seperate them |

For instance www.webmasterworld.com - if 'master' and 'world' were the best keywords, how visible would they be to spiders ? And if 'web' was not actually a related keyword but just a generic company name, would it be a major disadvantage ? Thanks again for any thoughts.

I believe all can, but most won't bother. Inktomi was for awhile last year, and there was some talk that Alta was doing it too. I don't think either do it at current.

would there be a significant difference in any of the major SE's between... www.web-master-world.com www.web.master.world.com and www.webmasterworld.com/web master world.htm

Yes. All of the above would behave differently. Third level domains being the best at current (even better than dashes).
