I've only used the FullServicePlus on Overture.com It was nice to get another view on the search term selection, but the help writing the listings wasn't that great. I had to rewirte most of them over a period of time.

Who knows your site best: them or you? Of course, if you get them to select terms, they won't be rejected ;)

I tried the most expensive Overture service (can't remember what they called it) and it delivered fair quality leads at around 20% less cost than Google's Adwords. However, they charged quite a bit for selecting keywords, etc. which I felt was unnecessary. The list provided didn't really match my requirements and I ended up doing it myself. I would recommend just taking the basic service which I seem to remember has no startup costs - that way you save money and there's no delay while they put things tohgether for u.
