Partial Indexing
Is it good or bad

 6:14 am on Nov 16, 2005 (gmt 0)

Around 200 links of my site are being partially indexed by google, is it good or bad.

How to get rid of pages being partially indexed?

Many Thanks,

by partially indexed do you mean you are viewing the cahced version and only half the page is there?

if so, your page is too big.

yoill find that your page size is listed as 101k as that is all the engine will index.

reduce the file size of your pages.

thats what i did and all my pages get fully index now.

if thats not what you mean, sorry for wasting your time.

i never read or heard that page size matters, just quanity of links on a page.

some of my webpages are 100- 300k

most are indexed, but thats a whole other topic.

maybe my terminology is wrong.

my pages used to be over 100k in file size, when i viewed the cached version in G only have the page would appear because the spider only went through the first 101k

maybe its changed.
