I would think that changing your file structure may hurt your ranking. I could be wrong but from what I have been reading in here it may hurt more than help if you don't do it right. Thanks for your info Stuart_S :) But i am developing the site right now. It has not gone live before. So when i said "hurt rankings" i meant if it would be *better* or worse for a site to include or not include the keywords in the file name for a websites files? >This is speaking of better pr and better "seo" of pages. kw= widget Ex. Widget.html vs 12ee.html Would it be better for the site to *not* use any kw in the file name or *use* a kw in the file name? >as far as better pr and seo of pages? frenzy77
