Welcome to Webmasterworld. Search engines generally ignore meta keywords, so don't rely on them for ranking. If you read some of the old posts here, you will realise how much you need to know.
Also, although some search engines provide ways to submit your site to them, doing so is a waste of time.
To get indexed, what you need is a link from another site that's already indexed, and a little bit of patience.

I CAN NOT FIND OLD POSTS, CAN U HELP TO FIND THOSE?

CAN YOU EXPLAIN HOW? I AM NEW TO DEVELOPMENT.
Once again for ur replies.
Have a look at these for starters :)
Google finds new sites by following links to them from sites that it already knows about. Get a link on a site that Google already knows about and Google will find you (though it may take a little time).
Google also ranks sites based in part on how many links there are that lead to your site. If there are some, then Google will find you even if you don't use their site submission tool. If there aren't any, then Google won't rank you even if you use their site submission tool. Using the site submission tool is therefore a waste of time.
Read around the archives here; you'll pick things up. :)
I agree with Pedent.
Basically no need to submit new site in Major Search engine. As Link Popularity is done Major Search Crawler will crawl your link form Directoy You submited.
If you go to the Forums Index, you'll see that the Search Engine Submission forum is closed, and has been for a long time.
Those spam e-mails offering search engine submission services make me very angry.
Everybody .... It was really helpful ... I am reading all stuff and will come back with the result.
Thanks and Regards.
