Will this get me booted

I saw a competitors site with various links on their site that direct the link to a frame on their page so the url is relative to their site. Ex:

Site name: widgets.com

You click on link below:

directs you to a frame at widgets.com/widgetsillustrated

instead of : widgetsillustrated

They seem to be doing quite well with this method. Will this method get you booted from search engines?

My search engine would simply pass that by, dynamic pages and links like that can allow porn to be generated and changed so we would just drop it of the index so that we don't allow porn to be indexed.
Dynamic page generation is good from a viewers angle but from the search engine side (Our side) it makes things very hard to index what may not be the same a day or an hour later.

If their pages ARE indexed by engines AND they are getting good traffic I would suspect that they have a referal page with links to the pages they want crawled that you'll be unaware of.

Page 1 inside of page 2
Page 2 content that IS spidered...

Page 2 not getting spidered from page 1...

Page 2 being spidered by referal from alien page 3

page 3 refered by independent linking.

That's my guess!
