Naming Foreign Directories
naming foreign folders

Hi,

Just a quick discussion...

When naming a sub directory that contains language pages (i.e. www.domain.com/french - contains a french version of the website) does the naming of the file effect rankings? For instance, I could name the folder 'french', 'francais' or 'FR' but would this make any difference?

Let's discuss!

Cheers, Lee.

Yes the naming of the file does affect rankings. I would do some keyword analysis to see which words were most appropriate.
