Submitting Multiple Pages

 9:41 pm on Jul 18, 2002 (gmt 0)

I know this might be a question asked before but I could not find it anywhere so I am asking again.

In Google can submitting every page in your directory hurt your listings or get your site thrown out of the index?? I have heard that you are supposed to submit 3-5 pages per day, but I have also read that you should submit once and let it ride. Should I submit a new page once I create it or should I just let the spider find the pages?

Any feedback would be great!

It won't hurt you to submit them, but it also won't help you. You definitely don't need to submit every day!

Google will find your site if you are listed other places. Make sure to get into some major directories such as Yahoo or DMOZ.

You can submit your main page, but I truly don't think it does anything. I have a feeling all URLs added, simply go into their trash folder!

Good luck!
