Have you looked at Keychain (/Applications/Utilities/Keychain Access)? Or AutoFill in Safari (which also ties into Keychain somehow). Haven't used either but might be worth checking out. Versiontracker seems to have a few things as well.

Safari and Camino both store passwords, but if you want a piece of software to store all your passwords, usernames and serial numbers then you could try one of Maury McCowns apps at RailheadDesign.
