Need help from a mac user need a site tested on a mac thehittmann msg:978954 7:57 am on Dec 15, 2003 (gmt 0) Howdy mac users. I have a website that looks and works fine using IE6 and NS7, I have no acess to a mac and have no idea what it looks like on a mac. Could I please get someone to test this on a mac for me and let me know if its ok. Will sticky the URL after replies. Thankyou.

You might try a Web site peer review site like this one to ask for help:
Before you do that, a good first step is to validate your HTML. If you do that, you're not *too* likely to see problems regardless of platform or browser.

I'd agree with timster - validated pages are a step in the right direction.
It's not as simple as just 'testing on a Mac' either - there are numerous browsers and Mac OS versions that give rise to several combinations to test.

HTML has been validated already and has 0 errors on all pages. dickbaker msg:978958 10:15 pm on Dec 23, 2003 (gmt 0)
Have any Mac users on this thread tried to access thehittmann's site? He and I have been stickying back and forth about the problem I'm having connecting to the site.
I'm sure he's a bit concerned, and I'm downright flummoxed about what's going on.

I've had a couple of others check it out on the mac GrandPops sent me a full review which was much appreciated. Apparently it is fine on a mac running IE5.5 and solaris browsers.
