I'm just starting my web design business and have been researching some of the legal issues. I came across this package I could purchase (not cheap) which includes business materials for web & tech professionals, but was hoping someone might be able to recommend other resources that are not so expensive. From the posts I've been reading, clients are required to complete a questionnaire and sign a contract. Does anyone know where can I find examples of these documents? Any help would be appreciated.

How do these fees compare with sitting down with a trusted lawyer, discussing, and drawing up some contracts?

I haven't looked into what the cost for a lawyer would be. My guess would be the lawyer would cost considerably more. I'm working with a very small budget and was hoping to find alternative methods.
