Hello,

I'm looking to add some quote pages to my site and would like to add a search engine that would search by author, topic and so on. Would I use java script to do this? I just started using 1st page 2000 as my editor and am still unused to the tools yet. Thanks for your time.

There are plenty of free "search your site" scripts at places like hotscripts. Most of them use PHP or CGI, AFAIK.

Thanks for the input. If you wouldn't mind me asking a silly question I would appreciate it. In reference to the quote pages I asked about above, how does the setting up of that work? Meaning, should I organize my quotes per auther, topic and so on? Or, do I build some kind of database? Thanks for your patience!

cheaper, faster, cleaner and it will always work :)

other than that i would add search by book name, author and if somebody can purchase the book maybe even by price
